Every child deserves more than a "decent" shot at a great education. Reguardless of their race, religion OR emotional challenges or other special needs they may have! The only positive post I see are from parents who have kids with disabilities, anger issues, etc. I agree with the post about the general education students mixed in too much with "special needs" kids, ie kids with anger issues, severe ADHD, etc. My poor daughter has learned so many nasty words, bee...
