The teachers which I had were neither bad nor exceptional. If I were to ever have kids, I don't think I would send them here. The student body is as a whole very disappointing. Many things going on in the school are "swept under the rug" so to speak. I wish they would inform parents when they have a drug bust, or if a terrible fight broke out. That would be better than having the kids tell their parents what they witnessed in school that day.

the only club there was, was the spanish club anyone could join but that was the only club you could join

I loved all my teachers and they were all very helpful i was on team 1 and there are 5 teams in all and each team as a different set of teachers my teachers did try helping me when i was failing a class and ask why and brung me in and helped me and even brung extra credit into the lesson to bring my grade up more

I attended Gattis Junior High School. I was a student (1963-1965). I participated in sports. Our football team went undefeated in 1965. I loved that School, Students, Teachers and Staff members. I went to Gattis Junior High School and have very fond memories. I feel the teachers I had and the friends I made helped to shape my goals and future. I think Gattis is an excellent school. I am a buisness owner and have been since 1991.
