Coalfield is a small school. Everybody knows everybody which translates into a family like atmosphere. That is why I liked being a student there. I always felt like I belonged.

My overall view of this school is an outstanding opinion. I believe this school and the people inside of it, have shaped me to be the person I am today. I appreciate who I am, I have confidence, and have learned not only how to do things that involve school work, but also things in life. The teachers help you with whatever you need, and will make sure you understand the curriculum, before testing.

In the years I have went to Coalfield High School, I have never been a witness of bullying. We have a good security system, with brand new locks on all doors this year and multiple cameras. The nurse does very well with taking care of anyone who comes into her office. In my opinion the school is a great safety done for children.
