It's a decent school. It's not the best school in the world by any means necessary and could be made a lot better if they really worked towards that.For starters the school NEEDS to get teachers for their very important classes. Due to the fact that the school didn't have teachers a lot of students failed their classes putting them behind for graduation.

What I enjoy about Independence High School is the atmosphere. It's a small town school, so everyone is familiar with each other. What I would like to see change at Independence is the pressure to be a perfect student at all times.

When I attended Independence, I felt like the teachers cared about my future. I could tell that my teachers wanted me to be successful. They were always encouraging me and expected great things from me. Most of the teachers are very helpful and are always willing to help a child in need, whether it me will school life or home life. The faculty was/is very strict but it was/is for the betterment of the student body.

These teachers let them sleep all of the time. My son constantly comes home talking about how much sleep he gets at school. And when I say something about you shouldn't be sleeping in school. He says well all the teachers let us.Also my son was denied going to get his Chromebook out of the truck bef...
