It's a hit or miss with teachers. Some are amazing, do their job well, and clearly care about their students. Others care about their students but don't necessarily do their job the best. And some do neither. The school also has a lack of diversity and favors certain types of students. They're usually athletes with at least semi good geades. If you are bullied, don't expect them to do anything about it, though.

Colfax High was a great high school to grow up in. Bullying is scarce, the teachers really care about their students, and we learn a lot and have amazing opportunities. I made it through almost a full year of college courses through the offered College in the High School credits that I took advantage of. I learned a lot, not just about general education, but also about life in general.

Mostly the only thing I liked their, were the teachers, staff, and hanging with my friends. Most of the time Colfax High School, gave me a lot of stress and uneasy feeling most of the school year.

Moving is rough and it took my kids a good month to settle in to the change. Since then they have found their niches. Classes and teachers are much more effective in preparing my children for college than their previous school. It is being remodeled to keep up with modern education and safety needs....

I had two children attend Colfax schools. We moved here in the middle of their elementary years and we were pleased at how they were accepted into the school and by their peers. One child was challenged, the other not as much, but both went on to transition into college with little trouble. I would...

This school is a major part of this special town. As a parent with a student in the district I can say I am so thankful for Colfax High School. Small schools are great places and the more you invest into them the more you get out of it! Thankful to the teachers here who care about my son and have wo...

As a freshman who has been going to Colfax since Kindergarten I can say that I could not imagine a better school. Most of my educational career I had high marks but starting my 7th grade year I started to fall behind and my A's and B's turned to C's and D's all of my teachers (Especially Mrs.Landers...
