My daughter is in the 1st grade and absolutely loves going to school every day. It's a small school which allows the staff to know each child and family very well.

Feel that taking away recesses for punishment is retroactive & negative for the child. Feel that some of the teachers and the principal deal with issues negatively and take personally the issues with the students. Also feel that if a student is acting out that that is treated as aggressive behavior...
