GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Briggs is just an average school. Not awful but not great either. Just remember that at the end of the day, school is what you make of it and Briggs is no exception. Though I would watch out as many fights break out here.

Briggs has been a great school for me. The teachers are always willing to help all of their students. They go above and beyond. Great Administration as well. I have played boys volleyball for the past 3 years, where we where league champions and District runners-up. I have had a great experience at Briggs High School.

It was a pretty decent school. I enjoyed going to Briggs. I got along with the teachers and the homework and classwork were pretty easy.

Its clear that the staff truly care about the students, not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well. The teachers are supportive and work hard to help every student succeed, no matter their lear...

The vice principle Mrs. Pam Smith was more interested in pep rallies, home coming dances and reliving her own glorious high school days then education. If your child has any learning disabilities expect them to be pushed on to the next grade with no regard for the individual student needs. Fights an...

This school is terrible-It may have been decent in the past but this school is absolute horrid now. The teachers aren't half bad, (except for the few that clearly show favoritism) but the coaches and sports facility gets all the special attention. They dont show the Drama or Arts programs any care....
