Along the border of the city’s North and East Linden neighborhoods, Linden S.T.E.M. Academy offers Columbus City Schools District students a unique opportunity to kick off their education with a curriculum grounded in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. This public elementary school serves children from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade, pushing them to develop core academic, social and emotional skills through its rigorous, interdisciplinary learning environment. As part of the Linden-McKinley S.T.E.M. High School feeder program, Linden S.T.E.M. Academy emphasizes the development and application of knowledge and skills in the science, technology, engineering and math fields. Small-group instruction and team-building activities emulate authentic problem-solving scenarios the students may encounter in their future education and careers. Linden S.T.E.M. Academy enhances its student experience with opportunities to participate in the morning announcement team, safety patrol, choir, school performances, peer tutoring and district-wide academic competitions. The school regularly recognizes students for classroom progress, high attendance rates and other behaviors that contribute to its positive and engaging learning culture. PAWS Bucks, which students use to purchase items from the PAW shop, provide additional incentives for high-achieving and well-behaved students. Linden S.T.E.M. Academy puts elementary school students on the path to lifelong growth while exposing them to the exciting potential of a career in high-demand science, technology, engineering and math fields.

The teachers at this school doesn't care about the students at this school they yelling at the students in the classroom telling them they don't care about the students, they aren't willing to help the kids in class telling the parents your child is faling in class ,also beening mean to the students...

Linden is a great asset to the community. We have been here for 20 years and we have watched the many changes in Linden. The school has good and bad. The teachers seem to really care about the students. Mrs McKahan seems to go out of her way to help the kids. She has paid for my son to go the zoo an...
