They have a lot of resources and my guidance counselor is very helpful. It is very diverse and I like that. It is a big school. The only thing i would change is more kids make a team too many kids and only 1 teams makes it hard to get on a school team if not one of the best.

The school is really helpful in preparing you for college and they try to get you into classes that are in your interest as much as they can. The only bad thing would be is that sometimes you have to ask other people about events if your not really connected in the school because alot of kids who aren't so active in school activities aren't aware of most of the ones happening around school.

Commack HS truly gets you prepared for your college experience. The Guidance office is especially helpful in communicating what scholarships are available and helping us navigate our way to the College or University that meets our needs. Internships are available so that the student can receive hands on experiences prior to a trade school or undergraduate program to ensure their intended career path is what the student truly wants.

I attended Commack High School and felt very well prepared for college. My college classes actually seemed easier than my high school coursework. Overall there was an great assortment of extra-curricular activities.
