The best parts of staying at Ygnacio Valley is the teachers and oppurtunities that I'm given that no other school in the district can give me. Most of my teachers were great and always a helping hand. I am prepared for college and have been thought my best course of action to take. The worst parts of my experience is the constant fights and drama going around the school. Cyber bullying is an issue that I've been through and did eventually overcome.

My best experience is playing basketball and winning. My worst experience is not getting the help that I've should've gotten from teachers only because we had so many substitutes, but not understanding why our original teachers were quitting.

I liked the diversity and understanding of staff and students. I would like for the school to have more funds or have more students because that would give the school the chance to improve in ways i know it can. My experience was average because I would consider myself an average student. I do wish the school had more teachers and advisers so that they had more time to help each and every student.

I graduated in 1969. I thought YVHS was a great school. We had great teachers and a solid college prep program. We didn't have AP back then. We had lots of activities and a very active student body. My class had about 650 students with a total student body population of about 3,000. I worked hard bu...

YV really isnt what you think it is. Currently, I'm a sophomore here and i have to say i have no complaints about receiving my education here, despite what others may think. its hilarious how people make this school out to be. Yes, the rumors are true to some extent, like the Hispanic population, bu...
