The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

I have been a student at Cove since second grade, and while it may be a smaller school I love it. I know all of my classmates and teachers very closely and I have grown up with all of them and built bonds that you don't get in larger schools. all of the teachers are excellent and so more then willing to help you learn everything you need. everyone there just wants you to succeed and the environment is very positive. while it is smaller and there are less opportunities then some of the larger schools there are still a lot of opportunities for students, whether you want to go to college, trade school, or just go to work after high school cove has it. while I am very happy with cove it is small so opportunities are defiantly less then other schools, I would love to see cove growth so future students have more opportunity.

The small classes allow for stronger student: teacher relationships. Cove has a strong sense of community, and there are many school and community activities.

Cove highs school was a decent place. I love the teachers and have shared many memories there with my friends, but the people that operate and that communication with students is a bit corrupt.
