I had some great experiences at Newton High School, where the population is mostly black, which, as a black person myself, makes me feel more welcome and comfortable. The sports were top-notch, especially basketball, and we had some extremely smart students in our population.

Very fun school, all about education and sports . Teachers are very helpful and engaging. I would recommend this school to anyone who is big on sports or academics.

My best part of going to Newton High School is the teachers and the teaching there..they academic support is amazing they make sure you understand and learn to pass all your classes the counselors are amazing they make sure we safe and make sure every student feel and is great

Excellent faculty, but students feel entitled if they have even some intelligence. Unfortunately, solving problems with violence seems the norm for most of the kids and of course, phones out to record it no matter how badly someone is being hurt!
