GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

If you want to play football, you'll have a great time. You'll get special treatment on a biased platform, great funding for new equipment, and you'll get off scot-free if you desire to bully other students. If you care to play a role in the arts, well, now, that one isn't the cleanest route. Prepare for lack of funding-better yet, lack of EXISTENCE from the get-go. CMS has band; that's about it. Also, expect to be picked on, with no repercussions for the (sadly) repeated offender.

I would say a hefty percentile of the teachers truly care about their students, but like they say, "a rotten apple ruins the whole batch", and this school definitely has some "bad apples".

The school nurse is fantastic, but the bullying and various other HR issues are absolutely horrendous.
