The school is a relatively nice school to go to although it may be a bit remote to some in Tennessee. The teachers and staff are kind and always ready to help. The school counselor is also very helpful on students preparing for college. What I would like for a bit of change is that some classes may not have as much interactivity as others, and I would like to have a bit more in those classes so that other students may find that spark of interest that may be a big factor in what they do as a career. A good idea is that they may hold a career exploration day each year for students to find an interest that they really like and want to step into.

The school has a great atmosphere. My teachers were helpful, and students were very friendly. Cumberland Gap High School is located in a great area. We are in a rural and close knit area. Teachers want to see you succeed, and other students are very supportive.

If they need help at any point or time as long as I ask for it the...

I watched the principal get hostile with a teenager when the child did nothing wrong. I don't want to hear any "..two sides to a story" nonsense. I was there!!! She would not even give the kid a chance to explain. After reporting her to the board, nothing was corrected. I was told they would get bac...
