I have attended South Lafourche high school since my freshman year of high school. Compared to many schools in the area, I can say SL is one of the best.

I have asked a few people and from the lot of us we have reasoned that we have made some pretty good memories and even greater friends. We have learned a lot and had some amazing mentors to help us along the way. The school environment is pretty good, and we are actively trying to build morale among the students and staff. At times there are some problems, but overall it's not the worst and we always try to improve.

Positive learning environment with teachers who genuinely care about their students. Administration really takes the time to involve themselves in students lives and well being. The campus is a safe environment. There are many opportunities t get involved in extracurricular activities, clubs, service projects and group activities.
