School is kind of bland, but if you need a place to graduate, it suffices as a decent school. In other words, it's just a normal school.

I transferred to Holston my sophomore year. I knew immediately moving was the right move I was greeted with open arms. It didn't take me long to find my people and make friends. The environment of this school is amazing, its a small tight knit school. The only down sides are the limited resources for a school with around 250 kids in it. Our county likes to put us last in line with us being the smallest of 4 total high schools. I overall really have enjoyed my time at Holston, but wish for more resources provided for the kids.

I believe that my school is the best in our county, however that's not to say it doesn't have it's problems. The best parts are how helpful our staff is here. They want to do whatever they can to help, however this doesn't prepare us for college very well. My worst experiences have to be the cliques that form with it being such a small school. Cliques are everywhere though, and it is a part of life. I love the sports and clubs offered here, it is easy to get involved.
