Great facilities and a great curriculum. There is a massive focus on sports, causing other areas to suffer.

I love it there. I can't imagine having gone to any other high school. It was the best decision. The teachers encourage you to try new things. I didn't make the baseball team (my favorite sport), but my Ultimate Disc coach encouraged me to try out and let me know that if it didn't work out I would have a place on his team. As disappointed as I was that I didn't make the baseball team, I have had so much fun and learned so much playing ultimate disc.

Our son has quickly developed a sincere appreciation for learning, accountability and outcomes. He loves school now and loves and wants to do well. And the community of SJP is unlike anything we've ever experienced. We're so happy and grateful to be a part of SJP.

Wonderful experience that goes by way too fast. As a parent you always are evaluating options for your child's education. You can always find something you don't like about a school or would change etc. Our experience at St Johns has been exceptional! They have done everything first class. They cont...

I am a student who originally started at Andover High School and I have to say the change was baffling. I hated St. John's with a passion, I missed my friends and knew a maximum of 5 people of whom I rarely talked to. But the first kid I met is now my best friend, there was no girl drama to deal wit...

I find many of these other "reviews" to be from what appear to be academically exceptional students arrogantly belittling lower level classes, and portraying themselves as "above" this school--and from kids obviously frustrated with their lack of a good experience (which stems from their own refusal...

I love reading these reviews. You can tell between the people who "get it" and those that don't. I especially love the negative rating from the parent who doesn't like SJP because his/her son's heavy backpack full of his textbooks created a limp when he walked. Any graduate who attended SJP and work...
