Darien HS is a very good school. The academics are strong and the athletics are excellent. They have good teachers.

The education provided by Darien High School is truly top notch and has provided me with the tools necessary to thrive in college, however the culture and community at Darien at times felt highly exclusionary, stress inducing, and alienating, especially as a person of color.

The people and teachers that I have had the privilege of meeting are people I will remember forever. They have all taught me valuable lessons about skills in class and outside of school. I enjoyed attending Darien High School.

I got bullied and whenever I brought it to someones attention, they shrugged it off because my bulliers were doing extremely well in sports and they didn't want to affect their athletic careers.
