I moved to Darien at the end of eighth grade; I noticed that compared to NY, the school had much lower diversity in both academics and students.

The education and resources at the school are fantastic. The social scene on the other hand can be extremely closed off and difficult to navigate with lack of diversity.

The people and teachers that I have had the privilege of meeting are people I will remember forever. They have all taught me valuable lessons about skills in class and outside of school. I enjoyed attending Darien High School.

For the right kid, this school is amazing. There is a wide variety of activities and courses, the facilities are outstanding, and the academic expectations are high.

I got bullied and whenever I brought it to someones attention, they shrugged it off because my bulliers were doing extremely well in sports and they didn't want to affect their athletic careers. I played lacrosse here, and it was the only impo...
