Dayton Early College Academy prepares young scholars for college. The advanced placement classes and Gateway give the students the fill of what it will be like when they attend college. Community service hours give the kids the feel of giving back to their community and helping others.

My experience as a DECA student was very interesting. DECA is far from a traditional school. The entire school is on one floor of a building. This leaves everyone to get to know everyone. At DECA students find their "people" who they develop string bonds with. These bonds are the ones that help guide and support them throughout their time at DECA.

The School is designed for students that want to succeed and for being in existence for such a short time they have shown results! And as a former student I will tell you DECA students work just as hard as college students and it all pays off!
