GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Deer School has always been a special place for me. I don't know of any school that doesn't have room for improvement. Any community member of any school district can't complain if they don't really take part in the betterment of the school. We have had many students graduate and continue their education successfully in college. I know the school would appreciate any helpful feedback and volunteers. After all , all children deserve the chance to succeed at their school. Please stay involved in a caring way because we need to support all children's schools. I'd hate to lose any school, just as I would hate to lose a church. Please continue to support students and all schools. God Bless America and the God given ability to help others.
