The best part of my experience at Hayes is opportunities to make life long friends! I would like to see the building be updated.

The best times of my high school experiences were with the sports programs and events. And the class was called house. We had house games where our house teams would compete for the house cups in various events.

I have never felt unsafe at Hayes. There are many fun activities to keep the school spirit and connectedness among students. They have great education and honors programs and they are setting me up for success. I feel very ready for college as the college advisor is amazing. She answers all of my questions and makes sure I have the resources I need. Going to Hayes was a good choice and I feel prepared for my future because of it.

We had to get it added to our daughter’s 504 so that she wasn’t allowed to turn her homework in late and get full credit. A few weeks after this, we changed it to no longer than a week. Then her cell phone was...

My daughter's experience in Delaware City Schools has been positive (5th grade to senior year). In fact, it's the primary reason I've stayed in the area and ultimately, it's the reason I'm opting to purchase a home in the area. I feel she has been supported in her extracurricular pursuits and has ha...
