High school is funner than Middle School. It's laid back, but strict at the same time. Everyone is friends there. The sense of community is evident. The teachers and staff are kind.

There are great opportunities for clubs and classes. My knowledge was pushed to where I needed to be by the teachers. I was consistent in my friendships and gained new memories that will be cherished. I'd say the worst was the covid experience and navigating freshman year through it and the following year.

Demopolis high school is full of opportunities and experience for students. It goes from doing clubs, sports and other extracurricular to doing college classes to help with experience and to get some of the classes out the way. Demopolis high was very thoughtful of what I wanted to do when I graduate and helped me with All my classes that I picked.

This *public* school, once a year, has mandatory assembly during which a man comes in and preaches christianity, accompanied by a christian band. This is wholly inappropriate conduct for a public school. Many of the students who are not christian find this assembly to not only be a horrendous waste...
