At Mount Olive Lutheran Church and School, students are taught to think critically and focus on religious education. The school has more than 170 students and offers early childhood, elementary and middle school instruction. Small class sizes of about 12 to 15 students are the norm. Students receive highly personalized instruction time with a focus on faith and character development. Mount Olive Lutheran School emphasizes these small classroom settings for better engagement and to create a welcoming atmosphere. A before and after-school care program, as well as a summer program, are available. Every student receives a Chromebook for assignments and other school-related activities. Subjects include technology, music, art, Spanish, physical education, religious education and Common Core subjects.
