St. Theresa School first opened in 1952 and was established by Sister Miriam Therese Foley, Sister Mary Yvonne Jordan and Sister Andre Sailor, members of the Congregation of the Humility of Mary. St. Theresa School offers prekindergarten through eighth grade instruction.
St. Theresa School has been recognized nationally for its work in STEM education. Students receive a combination of advanced education and an emphasis on religious dedication. In fact, students at St. Theresa School provide more than 3,000 hours of recorded service.
The school also dedicates a week to social justice, which includes student activities and field trips.
The school offers enrichment opportunities, including P.E., art, music, band and choir. The campus has a mobile iPad lab, a media center and computer lab, and a reading therapy dog. Extracurricular activities include Lego, gardening and science clubs.

We have been at this school for almost 3 years. The schools teachers have SUCH bad attitudes towards the parents. A few incredible teachers and a horrible clique of parents. If you aren't in the clique, your family's time at STCS will be miserable.

We pulled it child from STCS after being discriminated against by Ellen Stemler, as well as a friend's child be assaulted repeatedly on school grounds with nothing done by the administration.
