I have met great people that want the best and work very hard for their students. The way policies, rules and issues are executed is a problem.

I attended Coleman A. Young Elementary and it was a great school then.. Mrs. White was the principle then..I remember most of the greatest teachers from back then.. Mrs. Hart, Mrs. Hartfoot, Mr. Gardner. Etc..That's just a few. My daughter now attends Coleman A. Young Elementary and what I like the...

Coleman A. Young Elementary school has been a GREAT asset to my child. The principal Ms. Scott is outstanding as well as Mrs. Keene (Pre-K) teacher. The staff is very caring and compassionate with the younger children. I look forward to my child continuing education at C.A.Y.

Thank God for C.A.Y. I am a proud grandparent of a 4.0 G.P.A who graduated with the principal award. He was one out of nine students.He also received 10 awards, 1 trophy, and one medal.
