Teachers that were there were really good at their jobs. Some on the other hand were not as professional as they should've been. Wish they would've offered more courses so students graduating wouldn't have to take as many prereqs when enrolling in college.

My experience with Donaldsonville High School was a bit rough to start but things got better. I started out in dual-enrollment taking all my classes at a community college for the first 2 years maintaining a 3.5 gpa but when covid put everyone out of school I struggled to keep up with my classes and I fell behind unfortunately. When I started at DHS 2 years ago, I had many mixed emotions and I was going through a lot. However, the teachers, principals, & everyone else were absolutely awesome and I was able to maintain good grades again & I graduated with honors.

As a Donaldsonville High Alumni, I am proud to say it was a great school. My experience as a high schooler couldn't have been any better. Playing sports there under the coaches at the time was so much fun. Learning was always the top priority and Better ways to do so.
