Friendly staff and students. Lots of opportunities for class topics. Southwestern Michigan College is right close for college classes also.

Many of the teachers will teach lessons that are real life learning experiences. I loved my high school, and not even just the teachers but the whole administration. They all play pretty fair with everyone, and all of us got along with them. If a student didn't get along with a teacher, it was more than likely the student's lack of respect for an adult. Overall, I would rate the teachers a 10/10 because they truly deserve it.

Many of our teachers are amazing, only few do not go above and beyond.

I loved DUHS! I graduated in 2009 and miss DUHS and Dowagiac in general! Great place to grow up and get an education! Loved my time at Dowagiac Union High School!
