Eastway is a wonderful school full of extremely hard working, loving, and dedicated teachers and staff. Current principal has poor leadership and communication skills. He treats staff members as if they are beneath him and lacks showing them respect. Luckily he will not be there next year and I hope the staff members will get a new leader that will give them the support and respect they deserve.
