River Heights wasn't exactly the best middle school ever, but it also wasn't the worst. Not much is very memorable, it was actually kind of bland. However, the staff and faculty at River Heights are great and they taught me many life lessons that I continue to use even today as a high school senior.

In my experience, the school has NOT provided a safe environment from racism or prejudice. My 7th grader has reported black students being called racial slurs by certain populations when simply walking through the halls. Honestly, this school was the best ever because of how deeply the staffs care about the student’s education and academics. Totally worth taking! I would definitely recommend it.
