A very big change from Community Elem to the middle school. Bullying is tolerated here, which is unacceptable. Teachers/Admin don't want to intervene and want kids to 'take care' of things themselves, until it gets out of hand, and the admin calls the cops. There is nothing in place to proctect spec...
