The overall helpfulness and aid provided by my teachers each year is great. As a senior, I feel prepared for the workload I'll have in college. The school is very involved in sports and charity, and the school spirit is high. I'd say the worst part is the food as it sometimes can be too weird too eat, but most the time it is pretty good. I'd like to see a change in more activities to get students connected to the school because it seems like some people just go to school and have no actual enjoyment for it.

The best part about Deer Creek High School is the great amount and diversity of class options they give to their students. Allowing everyone to find a class they find interesting and welcomed. The worst part of my experience there was some of the teachers seeming unfit to teach a class the right way. Because of this I would like to see a change in the schools processes of check ups on the teachers. I think more often and frequent check ups would best help admin see if the teacher is fit for the job given to them.

I loved Deer Creek. I was apart of many activities and loved getting involved. My favorite was WWF, the best week of raising money!

Their counselors have no regard for student with crisis intervention issues or follow through. Their staff lack compassion or care quite frankly, it’s disappointing considering I’m an alumni.
