GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This school has such a tight nit community about it with the whole town backing it up. I love going to football games and seeing all of my teachers there, the people at the grocery store, and all of my neighbors. I was able to be given great opportunities to take collage classes in my junior and senior years to help get some classes out of the way for collage.

This high school has been a good experience for me. This school lacks in higher education there is only 2 AP classes but they have good resources to take college classes over the summer and during school. There sports programs are successful but the coaching staff is awful.

I love the teachers of EHS they are so nice and really care about your education. With that being said Etna High does not have the best resources because we are so small of a school. It is almost like we are our own little world where we all know each other and know everything everybody does. We have class sizes of any where from 25 to 50 and everyone has grown up with the same students for as long as we all can remember. I feel like this does not prepare us for the real world so college is a huge step for students graduating from EHS and may come as a culture shock to some.
