a lot of the administration and teachers clearly don't want to be here and many teachers talk about how bad the system is yet the school seems to never improve, i truly wish the school would improve but the only people who ever get heard about changes are a very small bunch out of the large amount of students and teachers, the school makes me want to be a kid who does drugs and skips class because that seems like i'd have a more successful school year than trying my hardest and constantly stressing while nobody listens about our school isssues :p

I enjoy Eureka High School. I like the ag department best. The facilities and classes there outshine all others on campus. I'd like to see some outdoor classes or clubs offered. I know a lot of my classmates, and it is a generally good community.

During my time attending Eureka Senior High, I've gone through many experiences. Some of my favorite experiences from my time there was homecoming week, it was fun and colorful for everyone to enjoy. We always have a great time. Obviously, not everybody likes school, but I also don't enjoy it when students line up during breakfast and lunch. I say this because they cut instead of just going to the back of the line, which can be really frustrating.

This school has gone above and beyond in letting me down with regards to my sophomore aged child. Reading or writing? Grammar? Not important here. Attitude problems. Breaking the law? They don't even follow their own posted policies. They let the kids run around campus at all hours during the school...

Overly simple, many teachers do not meet standards. Very few electives and even fewer spare funds.Low income area.

Their sports department is also excellent. If you want your son or daughter to succeed in being prepared for college and beyond you w...

My daughter entered her Freshman year at this school and after 3 weeks of a nightmare, we pulled her. We had just relocated with the military to Eureka from another CA location, when my daughter was so excited to start her high school years. WOW!! Normally a very lively, fun-spirited, and gracious y...
