GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have had a fairly good experience at my school. Most, if not all, teachers here are both friendly and caring about their students and are great role models for them. However, I believe some topics, such as bullying, are not taken as seriously as they should be. The education I've experienced here has been good, with only outside forces hindering my learning ability.

It's impossible to be 100% on any of the ratings. For instance, there are a few very strong teachers, but there are also a few teachers who seem to have zero passion. I will Look back at my time here fondly, but I also believe there is room for improvement in a few areas. I enjoy most of the staff, and can confidently say LCHS is looking to improve themselves.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Well immersed in sports. Good teachers that want to help their students to become successful in their future endeavors.
