Great school with academics. No college prep classes so the only way to prepare yourself for college is to sign up for AP courses. A lot of clubs and activities to do to get involved. School does have a great drug use problem, students smell like marijuana and smoking vapes are common. Faculty is doing everything they can to stop it. Security has been increased in recent years, so students feel safer.

I am a four-year student. My high school experience has been great. The only area of improvement is the level of diversity within the student body. I do understand that demographics plays a role. For me, one of my college selections actually came down to a diverse student portfolio.

woodrow is a diverse school where students can go at their own pace and use their motivation to get their work done. the teachers and faculty are very good at their jobs and get to know the students on a level that doesnt happen at other high schools.
