My experience as a Douglas Byrd student is average. Teachers are adequate in studies and give students opportunities to succeed. There are a few roughs in the diamonds but for the most part, the teachers will teach and move with guidance. I love the different class opportunities and college starters to help us find a career field we would love to take part in

I went to Douglas Byrd High school for my junior and senior year. I feel like we take two steps forward three steps back. Teachers are worried about the wrong students.
