It was a really good school for the programs offered. That's is why o chose too come here. The teachers really care and the principle just wants to make those place a safe and nurturing environment for all students

At Douglas Byrd High School there has been a mix of challenges and growth. The best part has been connecting with classmates and teachers who work together and support each other, while the biggest challenge has been the need for more resources and updated facilities. I would love to see more improvements in school resources and more extracurricular options for us students.

My overall experience at Douglas Byrd High School was not that interesting. I was a quiet kid in school, but I always got my work done, even with teachers that could be difficult at times. They have probably changed how they run things there but when I attended there, it wasn't anything exciting, it was just OK. I probably should have joined some clubs or do more activities there, but the past is the past.
