The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

Lincoln County High School could become more welcoming of all types of students. Students of different ethnicities and races are not ridiculed but members of the LGBTQ+ community do not have a particularly safe home at this school.

I think LCHS is a wonderful school work great teachers. I think they should change the way students are punished because some students will get a way with things they should not.

It's been overall pretty good. A lot of the negative points of interest mainly have to do student culture rather than what the school itself does. While there is a modest amount of influence that administration has, the student bodies have a reputation for being very independent. Aside from that, it's a fairly good high school if academics are in mind. I'd give it an 7/10, 8/10 on a good day.
I graduated this school in 2011. This school was wonderful. The teacher and staff were friendly and they helped students. I had a wonderful four years at this school and ninth grade academy.
I graduated in 1994. This school is a joke. Lucky me I escaped that town and state. I feel sorry for students who attend any public or private school in that town. Kids google is your friend. You will need to teach yourself how to properly speak and write. It took me years to undo what that town and...
this school is horrible I wouldnt advise anyone to attend this school I went here the year 2010 worst experience ever I was told by a teacher/coach that it would be best for me to basically fail and get into the so called early graduation and that happened to me and the teacher/coach left for a head...
I feel that LCHS has some serious work to do. Academics are in serious disrepair. Though there are some great teachers, they just aren't supported by administration of ex-football coaches. It's a running joke among students that it really doesn't matter what you put on your class selection sheet. It...
