Teachers are allowed to freely exhibit prejudice, racism, and discrimination towards Black students, leading to a lack of recourse for parents as the district of Lincoln County does not condemn such conduct. As a result, Black students are unfairly treated.

I had talked to the teacher about not using corporal punishment on my child and that I was going to turn in a note stating that they could not use corporal punishment on my child.
