To be honest John Bowne high school had been the best school for me personally since they have helped me a lot to cope and understand multiple subjects. They have helped me read faster learn how to fix my grammar and write better or atleast at college level. The worst part is that people complain too much in this school but don't understand how much help they give Putin the school. They give out opportunities for jobs even if you're a freshman and it's hard to get a job. They help and give out college credit for free and help you with the classes and also help with mental health and support you a lot. I wouldn't change this school at all I love it how it is and the 4 years that I had with it we're the best and I'm upset that I'm graduating since I'll be leaving the teachers that I love behind.

This school currently employs violent men around their children, men who drive around yelling rape threats out their car window. that's who's teaching and coaching your kids

Even though there was metal detectors there needs to be better security guards, I'm not sure if there's better ones now. Besides that John Bowne High School is an amazing school with their academics, I loved the Agriculture program.

This school has a fairly unfortunate background knowledge of past events that occurred in the school, that has caused bad ratings. Many students who go to Bowne High school enjoy there time there. There are many opportunities to succeed in this school. They offer online courses, night school, free t...

I am a current Junior in the former Doshi, now STEM Science Research Program. All I can say is that it takes every student to get used to the High School environment, especially in a school like John Bowne. Again, everybody is different, therefore one cannot generalize. I learned so much in this sch...
