I wish the on level curriculum was harder because there is too big of a gap between AP and on level courses. There's also way too many people who misbehave because no teacher or administrator corrects it. I'm specifically talking about the crowds of girls who go to the bathroom just to smoke. It does not feel like a very safe space.

As somebody with multiple learning disabilities in a school with many people with differing mental and physical disabilities, I think that Northside could really benefit from having an "early" passing period. I often become mentally overstimulated and I have had many panic attacks because of the hallways alone, I know others feel the same way.

The best part about this school has got to be the friendliness of advance placement teachers and concurrent professors. They were always there for you to help you through problems and college essays. They would help you by giving you letters of recommendation for anything you'd need. The worst parts had to have been the students who would be more of the troublemakers. My first year freshman were introduced to the high school since before it was only 10-12. While they were introduced they were trouble makers and cause everyone to suffer the consequence like limited bathroom use. Other than that I think the admin worked hard to try and fix the problem and by senior year the school was a better environment.

Northside offers a level of cultural exposure that you won't find at Southside, despite the inevitable issues you get wi...
