Being that I am a minority, the experience was slightly different from those who are white as well as well off. Your background is who you are there and it's a good learning experience and they're education is great, but the social life and fair treatment is never a fun experience.

I loved my experience at Canterbury. It was tough at points but it really prepared me for the college process and college in general. The one on one help with teachers and counselors is definitely an aspect that has helped my success.

First class academics in first class facilities. Only negative is the arrogance and elitism that surrounds a good amount of the people involved with the school. As someone that transferred in to Canterbury, it was clear that the people there thought they were better than most.

Here at Canterbury, I’ve made lots of new friends, and I have time to talk to them during lunch and my free periods. My grades have also been higher than ever, despite the change in schools. I enjoy having almost all of my teachers, and they make it easy to reach out to them to talk about anything....
