The previous teaching staff cared and was concerned for their students, and went out of the way to help all of students, the new admins saw fit to create a climate where teachers were not valued, and student learning took a back seat to the wants of the superintendent, with little regard to student...

The leadership in this school has really improved this year. The kids are getting opportunities that they have not had in the past.

They are unable to keep quality teachers and often end up with whoever can't get a job elsewhere. They are also unable to keep a superintendent.
