Aside from the school not being in the best area or location the school itself has a great way with involving students and staff.

The best experience about being at McLane is learning about the teaching pathways at McLane and getting that insight and experience on how teachers teach. My worse experience is not getting the help that I needed when it came to my work. I would like to see staff interact with students more so that they can get comfortable with eachother.

McLane is a High School which is diverse in culture and academics. McLane offers a variety of pathways, clubs, and AP classes but they are not known to all students. It would be ideal that McLane let's student know if the opportunities available on campus. Another trait that I want to highlight is inclusivity. McLane appreciated every social and racial group with cultural representations. Altogether, McLane is a good High School with good resources.

As a student, it felt like most of my teachers were against me and then we have to talk about the way the school tries to do everything except help the kids. The community is nice but the fact they don't care for the kids is worse, the...

I love this school and the safety measures it takes for it's student. My brother is currently in the JROTC program and doesn't stop talking about it. I feel like I can trust this school more than I can Bullard, where I feel like kids get easier access to illegal substances. I'm happy my brother want...

Great school, has a lot of hidden potential and great teachers. Although it does have a bad history, these new generation of students are surely changing the campus in a positive way.
