I don't like that my daughters teacher quit In the beginning of the school year and it seems like everyone is trying to make it work without a permanent teacher. I am not very happy about it at the moment.

I agree with other reviewers. I have 4 children, 3 who attended other elementary schools. Darnestown Elementary by far is the best elementary school! I make these comments based on my observations of the students, teachers and staff at Darnestown Elementary school for the past 32 years. Your rating appears based on flawed and inadequate data. For example, you rate academic progress 5 of 10 for all students and 6 of 10 for white students, But…. at...

I am surprised to see that this school only earned a rating of 7. My children have loved their time at Darnestown ES. The teachers are fabulous, as is the principal.
