Well, before I came to Calumet I was went to West Side for 3 years. When I got here I really thought I was going to like it, but I didn't as much. Don't get me wrong Calumet is a great school for sports, but it has its negatives. I thought I liked it a lot cause of wrestling season. I loved everything about it: the team, the coaches, and all. I don't like the way they teach here though. It's too easy and I think it could be more of a challenge. There is tons of drama here that can be so distracting for some at times. No one likes that. Overall it provided me with some cool people to talk to and coaches who I respect so high. The school is great with connected students with colleges and helping students graduate.

Me and my brothers were bullied a lot at this school. When you tell them they don't actually help you. The teachers sometimes are in on the bullying would not recommend taking your children there. There will be no protection from discrimination at all.

Great school. They offer a lot of extracurricular activities and also have help for children with disabilities.
