The staff are all incredible and understanding, but our district has always been poor, and the food is gross, the transportation is bad, and there are certain students and higher ups (not the teachers but higher than that) that made everything way worse than it needed to be.

Unless you are into sports you have a shot, lots of favoritism. Bullying runs crazy through all the buildings and administrators are so worried about their image it is hush hush. The parents are very clicky and raise their children to be the same. The school started the Rachel's Challenge which seemed to be so promessing, however once the clicky parents and students got ahold of it, it just became another look here moment for the Geneva Schools, instead of a real tool for the school.

My experience at this school was actually life changing. I had transferred to Geneva my freshman year and I was severely depressed and I almost had my mom home school me. I'm glad I didn't, though because it improved my mental health and sometimes made me look forward to something. I loved my teachers and overall everyone was very nice. I wish I would've done more for myself in the aspect of sports and clubs but I had bad social anxiety.

I was bullied to the point everyday was just an obstacle. I felt dead inside going to Geneva High and the place is run by people who are about money, not the students and the lunch is about the grade of prison food.
