GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoyed going to school in Gilbert. The teachers and courses really helped any and all students understand the material and didn't really leave anyone behind to figure it out for themselves. Everyone was able to get the learning and understanding they needed from each class.

It is a very competitive school all around. In sports, academics, and several other groups. There are many opportunities for people to get involved and experience many life experiences. Many people want you to be successful and will help you to accomplish your goals.

I like how we do block schedules because it gives me more time to work on school work in class so I can have less homework. And I also like getting out early on wednesdays so I can get to my practices and get my homework done before. I wish some teachers would help more in class or explain more so students can understand what they are saying. I also wish all classes graded the same instead of different classes having different grading curves.

The early elementary reading program is outstanding. The kids have progressed with reading and writing quite well so far. We've been very impressed with the small school feel, and the communication to parents has been great.

Overall, moving in a positive direction. Lacking with educational opportunities for students. I would not define as progressive. However, family involvement is high. Those families that give more monetarily seem to receive more.

Small school benefits -- small class room size, good community support, great teachers.

This is a great school to grow up at. Teachers are great and they interact with the students really well.
