GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Voorhees High School allowed me to figure out what I wanted to study in college and what I wanted to do in the workforce. I have gained so many friends and have had amazing experiences. Some so many great teachers have helped me be able to understand and pass their classes and the administration has been very nice as well. There are many events for the school to connect and it has overall been an amazing high school.

Most of the teachers i had were pretty good. the ap classes were a little difficult but the teachers were reasonable and helpful. the early start of the day at 7:45 and playing sports until 5:30 was difficult.

For a school in the countryside of New Jersey, the school is very academic and had many bright people both learning and teaching here. In most classes I took as a student, I usually left with a greater appreciation for the material that was covered, and by the time I graduated I had a deep connection with many of the people at the school.

Horrible, absolutely awful school. The teachers don’t even care about their students.

Voorhees cares more about their sports than their students academic performance, would not recommend!
