As I have been enrolled in North Shore High School I would say that generally it is a great school for both the arts and STEM related fields. I would however like to see better opportunities for students whose parents are not involved in the school because there does seem to be a relationship between parent participation and opportunities given to students.

I love North Shore high school, but sometime it feels like the kids are in control of the teachers. The school provides any resource you could hope for in order to be a successful student. The student body values education, which enables success. There is also a good culture, that is inclusive to all students.

NSHS is an excellent school. Some of my favorite aspects are small class sizes, a wide variety of classes, students are encouraged to be engaged, competitive sports, great food service, lots of clubs and extracurricular activities to choose from. My biggest concern is the lack of diversity.

I am an alum and i had horrible experiences. I was often the victim of pure bigotry from students, teachers and even parents. In one case i was accused of ethnically harassing a student but they easily looked over her harassment of me. In another case a student made a blatantly false complaint about...
